This conference has always been an industry favorite with lots of opportunities for networking, education and reveling in our shared experiences in this wild, amazing industry. With informative and inspirational general sessions, and a vast array of breakout classes, there will be something for everyone in your team.
Who can attend?
Anyone with an interest in our industry. This is not limited to NWVRP members. There are opportunities for individual vacation home owners as well as high-level managers and everyone else on the team. From data-crunching to laundry, there will be key takeaways for everyone involved or interested in our industry.
What's the venue?
The Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada which has tons of restaurants and activities on the property. You won't need to leave the resort to experience Reno! We are excited for our first conference in Reno and look forward to your feedback. See information below on how to book your room at the resort.

The NWVRP Conference will be held at the Grand Sierra Resort, located at 2500 E 2nd St, Reno, NV 89595.
NWVRP was able to negotiate a room block for our attendees. Book your room by Friday, March 24, 2023 at midnight for the special NWVRP room rate or until space is available.
Our room block is full but the hotel is extending the room rates. Please call 775-789-2000 to book your room. Note: Rooms for Sunday, April 23rd and Thursday, April 27th are almost full. Book your room early.
Airport Shuttle
No reservation is needed, and the shuttle will have a sign that states Grand Sierra Resort.
Shuttle pick-up and drop-off are located at GSR by the front desk in the porte-cochere at our Main Entrance. At Reno-Tahoe International Airport exit Door D next to Baggage Claim.
Shuttle services depart to and from GSR and Reno-Tahoe airport, from the first flight of the day until the last. Shuttle service runs from 4:30am-12:15am daily.
Shuttle leaves GSR at the top (:00) and bottom (:30) of the hour.
Shuttle leaves Reno-Tahoe airport at quarter after (:15) and quarter ’til (:45) the hour.
