Everything you need to know for the 2024 Conference

Moving In and Moving Out:

Vendor Move In and Set up: Sunday April 28th, 4:00pm - 7:00 pm

*Please check in at the registration desk in the front lobby to receive your credentials and final instructions. 

Vendor Move Out: Tuesday, April 30th, 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm

*Out of respect for speakers and other exhibitors, please do not disassemble during general sessions.

Booth Dimensions:

Our vendor booths are 10’ x 10’ using pipe and drape in the back of the booth. It comes with an 8’ table with 2 Chairs, high-speed Wifi access, and drayage. Power is available upon request.

Edutainment

If your sponsorship package allows for a short speaking spotlight in front of our attendees, our Programs Committee will be in touch to provide instructions for the speaking slot.

Registration

Sponsors are given discounted registration tickets of $450 for Non Members and $400 for Members.
